Registration/Conference Fees (All fees listed in U.S. Funds)

Regular & Late Registration include: Registration fee, Plenary, Conference bag, Workshops, Opening Ceremony, Hospitality Night, Awards Gala, and the Inspirational Breakfast.

Note- The Support Chapter Event is NOT included and will need to be purchased separately.

A-la-Carte tickets may be purchased for: Support Chapter Event, Gala, Inspirational Breakfast, and Educational Workshops.

Refund policy

Conference registrations cancelled before March 1st will be fully refunded minus a processing fee. No requests for refunds will be granted after March 15th.

Members have the option to transfer their registration to another member at the same level (i.e., graduate to graduate, beta to beta only).

Members who wish to transfer their registration are responsible for facilitating this process on their own (looking for a person to transfer the registration to and the exchange of funds), not the Regional Finance team.

The member transferring their registration is to contact Alicia Johnson, Regional Tamiochus via email at finance@northeastregioncep.org with the name, address, phone number, email address, and name of the chapter of the person who will be replacing them, within 3 days of the transfer.
